So take these broken wings... [12 Mar 2004|08:34pm] [ mood | bored ] Yesterday was a good day of school, as half of the day was taken up by a play. The acting wasn't very good this time; not too many people looked enthusiastic. We saw our grades for third quarter yesterday too. The teachers weren't very creative this time - in history, "Tessa's homework grades are still higher than her test grades, but not by much." Just in case you wanted to know, Mom. I hope she's also proud of the fact that I can read solubility graphs. Erm... what a compliment. At least none of them were mean comments. I had a day off school today, but it's been rather boring anyway. Elliot threw up several times yesterday and last night, so we didn't go to our conference (those are stupid, but at least it was something to do) and stayed at home pretty much all day. We went to Target, which would've been OK if we didn't have Elliot, who was unfortunately feeling better by then. Also, my computer died. I have an iBook. When I start it up, it goes straight to a grey screen with a flashing folder that has a question mark on it. That's all it does. Bah. It's either a minor problem that I can't figure out or a major one that would require losing all my (not backed-up) files to fix. I'm guessing the latter. Oh well. 6 comments|post comment
